In the context of decreasing labor supply and increasingly scarce land resources, it has become a consensus among enterprises to replace manpower with automated and intelligent logistics systems, maximize the utilization of workshop area, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
In order to improve work efficiency and achieve automated material transfer, a domestic diesel engine factory has adopted JY bidirectional roller conveyor AGV and a bidirectional latent lifting AGV in the assembly line and ingredient area. The AGV is compatible with two AGV devices under one AGV scheduling system, achieving reasonable scheduling of multiple devices and meeting the requirements for tray return transportation on the diesel engine assembly line and the transfer of components in the ingredient area. The AGV adopts tape navigation mode, The load capacity is 1000KG, meeting the needs of customers for 300 working days and 10 hour two shift production. This project not only greatly improves production efficiency, but also saves space for project equipment, reduces labor costs, makes workshop equipment management more reasonable, and provides the possibility for subsequent production and capacity expansion.
